The book follows our character Luke and his grandma. Luke’s grandma always told him about stories of witches, and how they did horrible things to children. She tells him how there is a grand high witch that controls all other witches. One day luke stumbles upon the GHW and hides. He witnesses their plans of turning kids into rats with a secret formula and then is caught and turned into a rat. I don’t want to spoil the rest so i’m going to stop here.
